very good, reliable wine at a price that makes you want to drink more of it... Goes great with pasta and pizza...what more do you need?

I actually liked this better than the Ruffino Chianti Classico. A very easy to drink Chianti that will go well with almost any meal that calls for a red wine.

Don't be fooled by the low price. This is a great everyday chianti that we always have around. This tastes just like the local wines you find in Italy. Enjoy with pizza or any italian meal. It won't overpower. You can serve it in a juice glass like the Italians do with their everyday table wines, or you can serve it in a wine glass and it still holds its own.

This is a reliable Chianti at a great price. The distinctive characteristics of the Sangiovese are dominant, but there is also a subtle fruitiness that makes this an appealing wine to a wide range of palettes. Put Dean Martin on the stereo, your favorite pasta on the table, and this Chianti in your glass and you will have an Italian fete right out of the movies.

Everything you'd expect out of a Chianti at this price. Not overwhelming but alot of fruit on the frunt end. Not a long finish but acceptable.

It's a Chainti so you already know it's going to be good. For the price excellent, overall average.
