5-14-08 w/ asian, went well dy likes but a little sweet
This is what I use to convert white zin drinkers to real wine
Wonderful bottle! great effervesence(sp?) on the tip of the toungue. It has a zing almost like a sparkling. Placed 7th in Wine Enthusiast's 100 best wines of 2005. Hard to beat in terms of bang for the buck.

nice dry without too much acidity
The Riesling grape may scare away some wine novices. In Germany, where the grape reaches its finest expression, labels hew to a rigid, abstruse set of classifications, leaving newcomers with little idea what they may be looking at.
