My favorite wine
I love, love, love this wine. I've tried so many others, including higher priced wines, and nothing compares to the smooth flavor of this wine. It's by far my favorite Merlot. If you add some Colby Jack cheese it's out of this world combination. Nothing can top this wine in my opinion.

Better than Merlot at twice the price
This is a rare value. Full bodied, very drinkable, and at a price that has you stand up and notice. Bin 40 is every bit as good Linderman Reserve at a much more attractive price.
a standard table wine in our house; other Lindemans are well worth trying
For the price a nice wine.
tannins a bit high, but fruity and smooth
A good Merlot
Ripe berry flavors, prune, balanced, yummy plummy.
Velvety Smooth and Rich
I just tried this wine last night and it is absolutely great! It's very dark, very full-bodied. Smooth, buttery/vanilla-y?, velvety. Loved rolling it around in my mouth. Had it with steak - medium rare. Excellent value.
Great wine at a great price
by Wine the big O
This is the wine that made me a merlot drinker. An exceptional value.
A pleasant surprise!
I was very surprised that this affordable wine actually tastes better than the ones costing three times more.
Best value out there
Has become the house red wine, very good and drinkable, best wine for the price out there.
Can't ask for more at this price.
3 1/2 buy again price is great!
I bought a little bottle of this at the store today and drank it while baking treats for my husband. I loved the toasty caramel aroma and the smooth silkiness in the mouth feel.
Good for the price, but I preferred Jacobs Creek merlot at a similar price.
Where's the oak?
I was very disappointed by this wine; very thin and uninspired. American and French oak? I didn't detect any oak at all... Fruit? Only because it's made from grapes. Lindemann's may have been at the forefront of the Australian wave, but I think this wine is further proof that the producer is resting upon past laurels. Drinkable only if you want mass-produced wine without character.
