I am a big fan of the Willamette Valley and this is one of its better products from the region. The longer it sits, the better it gets. Perfect with rotisserie reck of lamb.
Maybe in a few years??

I had this last year on T-Day and thought it was an impressive addition to the table. However, it took quite a while to open up and breathe and I thought something in this price range would be great right out of the bottle.
Got a few others left over from last year, will try another this year but leave the rest for careful maturing.

I beg to disagree with the other reviewer. While it's not in the same vein as high-powered Burgundy, this is not your typical, over-extracted American wine either. I found this to be a charming wine, with flavours just like the merchant's review stated. It is pricey, and in that respect it loses a star. Still, I liked it.
