We were shocked at the depth and quality of this wine - not a butterscotchy Cal blockbuster, but a complex, fruity, well balanced and delicious Chardonnay. Highly recommended!

This is a winner! Elegant White Burgundy

A lemon color shows one that this white Burgundy is going to be interesting. Unlike so many wines, the aromas in this wine strengthen as it quickly opens-up in your favorite chardonnay glass. Look for flavors of citrus fruit, especially lemon. Reminding one of so many chardonnays from Burgundy, this wine is loaded with mineral. Medium acidity and a medium-long finish tell me this wine is masterfully crafted and nearly perfectly balanced. Enjoy this with flounder, English or Irish cheddar on stone-ground wheat crackers, or an omlette!
