Superb!

It's aromatic, flavorful and somewhat dry, all good things in my book. The bubbles last long, and I prefer it to R. Dumont's excellent, regular (brut, non-rose) NV bottling. But this is not for those who insist their bubbly be barrenly, bone dry or austerely acidic.

Particularly in summertime.
Delicate, and well balanced.

A beautiful rose champagne to look at, and to taste. Subtle, delicate flavors, with a perfect acidity level and great bubbles. Went very well with roast goose.

This was an excellent wine, though memories of the Diebolt-Vallois Blanc de Blancs kept me from completely loving this wine. Next time maybe I'll drink them together for a head-to-head match-up. Definitely tasty all the way around.
a rose by any other name....

this is really almost a red wine, and given how its made that no surprise. soft and fruity and was a big hit at new years eve dinner.
