Great fun: Sparkling Vouvray!

This wine has a limpid straw color and good streams of mouse, crisp apple flavors and firm acidity, then suddenly a big creamy center with a touch of pear fruit, and a dry citrus finish. Although there is half the pressure of French Champagne, this sparkler has plenty of exuberance! Terrific quality for country bubbly.
