so delicate and sweet
Everytime I went into my local market, I would see this bottle, tonight for the first time I tried it, and I'm not a wine person but I love it it's so delicate and sweet, I love it I'am buying a case for the holidays.
# 1 in red wine
second only to Bianco.
Why cheap can also be good
I do not understand the wine snobs that say that cheaper wines with screw caps do not meet the standards. What is the standard? Overpriced with a fancy name and label?
If it tastes good, then that is all that matters to the consumer. Riuniite may not be of a wine snob's, uh I mean, a wine connoisseurs's taste, but who says wine connoissuers knows what everyone else should enjoy?
This Wine Does What All Beverages Are Supposed to Do - It Satisfies
One evening I made a simple meal of meatballs and pasta from fresh ingredients (I made my own sauce from roma tomatoes and fresh garlic). I had a bottle of Lambrusco that someone had given me and, having nothing else on hand, I opened it. I found that it paired nicely with the food and before I knew what happened I had consumed nearly the entire bottle with my meal. I drank it with growing gusto and loved it because it perfectly countered the acidity of the sauce. The best benefit, however, was that I experienced no heartburn, which I usually get after eating tomatoes. I've since discovered that I can drink it with or without food. I can drink it with an antipasto tray or sip it on the patio as evening falls. I'm not interested in its "legs", or its "nose" or whether it was aged in an oak barrel or comes from a bottle with a screw cap instead of a cork or has hints of spice or chocolate or WHATEVER! It serves its purpose simply and without pretense - it pleases me.
I like it.
Hahahha I laughed so hard when I read the review "Drinking this wine made me feel like i should be sitting in a trailer somewhere eating off paper plates with a woman wearing a scrunchie. That cracked me UPPPPPPPP, same sense of humor as me........ but still, I like lambrusco. It tastes like a winecooler but better, and it doesn't give me a stomache ache. It's good, I like it, and I don't wear scrunchies.
I love this wine!
This wine is excellent. It is very inexpensive, sweet and very smooth. It is perfect for the inexperienced wine drinker and also for the more experienced drinkers. This wine is considered cheap but compared to all of the others I have tasted it is the best one yet. I am still searching for that perfect sweet wine but until then I will continue to drink this.

Cheap and by no means the best wine existence, but a very pleasant fruity wine. Something I enjoy drinking on a regular basis - one of the few brands I keep coming back to.
the best tasting red wine ever ! Everybody i ever let try it loves it . Women love it and can`t wait for me to pour them another glass. Perfect for setting the mood and totally delicious.
Nice red wine
This is soft & mild red wine that's not dry. Great with food.Never thought that I would find a red wine that was not bitter and dry. Riunite Lambrusco is one.
This is a fruity red that is great with a meal or alone. Not dry at all...lots of flavor.
Once upon a time ago, choosing a red wine I liked was hard to find. Then by chance, a waiter insisted this wine for me. This delightful red wine provided the gateway for me to enjoy finer red wines later today. This wine is soft and is as ripe as its red color. This is a wine that both experienced and non-experienced wine drinkers will enjoy.
Nice over ice.
OK... so it has a screw cap.
And it's fizzy.
And sweet... but so are $100 dessert wines.
This wine...YES WINE... has it's place in the universe too.
In the summer, when I'm in the mood to watch the sunset cast shadows across the mountains, this works just fine over ice.
Think Sangria with a bit of character.
Besides, it's nice to have around for those friends who haven't developed the taste for dry wines.
So lighten up already.
It is what it is
This is a great wine for what it's meant to be. Sip well chilled while on your balcony at the beach as you watch the sunset. Drink it instead of one of those gawd-awful "coolers" or worse yet - Sangria. It's not a Grand Cru by any means, and it doesn't pretend to be. Alcoholic soda pop. Don't knock it for that.
Having friends over?
A wonderful combination of smooth and sweet, this red wine is wonderful to serve with a meal or enjoy alone. Whether you're a beginner or connoisseur, any palate can appreciate the total experience of this fruity wine.
I tried this at Olive Garden. The first half-a-glass was good, but then the flavor dropped off...maybe it was the sparkling end of it that lost its pizzaz. It was good, but probably not "buy a whole bottle" good.
