This chianti was recommended to me by one of the employees. It is very smooth and not too sweet. It is very good with cream based sauces too. I hope to get more once we recover from Isabel. :)

Tried this Chianti on the reccomendation of one of the folks at Total Wine... nice! Had it with braschiole and tortolini with a heavy red sauce... good food pairing. Must buy more next time around.

Very good value for a Chianti, but needs to age. Too early to drink now, but with age will be a verry good Chianti.

A nice wine for the price, but I found it a little closed. Not much happening on the palate here. Maybe it just needs more time, as one reviewer said. To compare: For the same price you can get the 99 Dr. Cosimo Taurino Salice Salentino, which has all kinds of complexities and luscious flavors.
