2004 vintage. Features the typical pungency of SB from the Loire Valley. Tart, grassy, almost catty, with a fairly long finish dominated by lime aromas. Great wine.

This wine is a prime example of what the Sauvignon Blanc grape is capable of in the Loire Valley. From its good acidity to its lime zest lengthy finish, this wine is a treat to the mouth and the olfactory senses.
