($74) Saturated ruby-red. Very ripe aromas of slightly stewed red and black fruits. Then bright and fresh in the middle palate, with youthfully clenched currant and oak flavors. The finish shows some tarry oak and elevated wood tannins. Offers good intensity and texture but is there real soul?
