($74) Good full red. Red fruits and menthol on the nose; offers less aromatic lift than the estate's 2001s. Very ripe and plump, with slightly raisiny berry and nut flavors. Today the wine's tannins cut off the fruit on the back end. This is likely to develop quickly.
