($49) Amazingly concentrated and complex, with aromas and flavors of sassafras, brown spices, tea, honey, lemon and mandarin orange. Honeyed, oily in texture and rich in subtly botrytized fruit, yet this is delicate and not thick on the palate. An intensely smoky mineral note is added to the vast array of flavors on an almost endless finish. 2 stars.
