90 Points | International Wine Cellar , March/April 2005

Good deep red. Aromas of black raspberry, currant and smoke. Sweet, lush and broad, with enticing berry flavors. Wonderfully round, inviting pinotage, finishing ripely tannic, long and sweet. "We look for sweet flavor, but that same element is what will give the wine secondary forest floor flavors after five years," notes Beeslaar. "The tannins are soft but that doesn't mean they're not there."
