($72) Medium yellow. Smoky orchard fruit and redcurrant aromas are underscored by toasty brioche and dried flowers. Bracingly fresh but ample and round, with chewy texture and deep pear and peach flavors. Finishes broad and long, leaving smoky minerals and bitter lemon zest behind.
