Orange-red with a pale rim. High-toned aromas of maple syrup, toffee, walnut skin and orange peel. At once pungent and smooth, with intense flavors of yellow raisin and toffee. Sweet on entry, then surprisingly dry on the back end. Firm acids give this singular sweet wine very good clarity. This grew on me as I went back for more.
