A nice refreshing wine

A littel sweet, very refreshing and a great buy for the price. This is a good, white, everyday wine.
This is the first Viognier I've ever had

and I love it! Semi-sweet apple crisp with a smooth/creamy and smoky finish. The balance between the acidity and the sweetness was perfect. It was a pleasure to drink and @ $8.99/bottle, you can't go wrong! This is definitely on my list of top white wines to buy.
best so far

I have been searching for a viognier to stock by the case. This is the best I have found; guests really like it. Nice fruit, nice body, well balanced, smooth finish.
Nice change from Chardonnay

That is all you should expect from this variety . The Smoking Loon is a great buy for the money . Nice smooth tatste and it is always the first white wine that dissappears when I have my family over. Nice change from the chardonnay. I always buy a few bottles to keep on hand.
Good medium bodied white

Hints of apple. There was some body, but it lacked the oaky or buttery taste of some American chardonnays. Well worth the price.
Best Viognier!

I've had this with Indian and Thai food several times and it complements the spices well. It is my favourite Viognier to date! This is easily better than some $30+ viogniers that I've had in the past.
Disappointed

I had just discovered Viognier and thought I would try Smoking Loon. I found it harsh and less flavorful than the Honeymoon Viognier I was accustomed to. I just tried the Pepperwood Grove and loved it, though.
