($30) Dark red. Roasted strawberry and gunflint on the nose, with a floral lift. Fleshy but also juicy and vibrant, with no hint of heaviness. Flavors of raspberry, strawberry and dried flowers show lovely clarity and impressive thrust. Finishes with fine tannins and subtle hints of red fruits and dried flowers.

Good fruity summer wine.

could have used letting it breathe a little, but enjoyed the wine and distinct fruity flavour. Lightness of strawberries.. I've got a few more bottles give it a year and I could give it 3 stars. Not a bad wine at all, at least average if not easily better.
