This is a most extracted Shiraz, opps I mean Syrah. It starts out like an Aussie, "in your face" Shiraz, but offers some interesting almost Italian style and a lot of spice. It differs from New World in the length of the finish. A little of this goes a long way. This is an exceptional French Syrah. Be prepared to be satisified. What a beautiful nose.
