Pleasant Red

Very pleasant red wine (2001 vintage). Benefits from aeration. We couldn't identify anything special about it, but it was very drinkable.

An excellent producer from Alentejo. This is an earthy wine, with tones of coffee, chocolate, plum. Refreshing acidity balances the weight of the wine. Medium bodied. Very good, especially considering its low price.
