Freakish wine. This vintage needs 72 hours in a decanter to peak. An absolute monster. Completely backward and tight out of the bottle, a couple hours open does not even begin to phase it. Will age for decades.

The nose on this wine is incredible, the flavors are complex and elegant, fresh and ripe. I would rate this wine 95 points, with great aging potential. (This refers to the Serpico Irpinia Aglianico)
