I had it with a grilled steak and I think it was better with my Coffee yogurt and Black berries… I have not yet been able to observe the fruity mold flavor, but with this wine I think I have it… I would drink this one soon… I had a 2003 last week and it tasted much fresher…
Tame but Enjoyable

With Beef Vindaloo, this wine went down quite easily. Even enjoyable to finish the bottle after the meal.
