NV R. L. Buller & Son Fine Tawny Victoria (half bottle)

Deep tawny color. Orange peel, nuts and dates on the nose. Sweet, concentrated and quite easy to drink, with flavors of orange peel, dates, honey and maple syrup. A comparatively fresh style of tawny, and not obviously alcoholic. This boasts lovely fruit and considerable appeal.

Medium amber with a fiery red edge. Mature rancio and caramel/vanillin old cask aromas along with fragrant musky, spicy fruit. Long, smooth and leathery, with sweet old fruit and clean spirit influences leading to a nutty, rancio finish that's showing signs of breaking up. Very laid back and not too sweet.

Orange-tinged amber color. Deep, earthy aromas of root beer, cola, roasted coffee and fig cake. Thick and spicy but lacks the freshness and precision of the other Premium bottlings. Finishes on a heavy brown sugar note.
