($29) Red-ruby. Sweet aromas of plum, currant, baking spices and mocha. Lush, sweet and pliant, with currant, tobacco and red licorice flavors lifted by a floral nuance. Nicely polished wine, finishing with a fine dusting of tannins and good length. (In comparison to this wine, the Walla Walla Valley cabernet was distinctly green.)
