About Chateau Pradeaux
Owned by the Portalis family since the 18th century, Pradeaux holds a reputation for seriously structured, often brutally tannic wines made almost exclusively from Mourvèdre. The wines get long aging in large old casks and are released as much as four years after the harvest. With bottle aging come complex notes of dark berries, flowers and game. Château Pradeaux offers a powerful, structured, and very dry rosé that approaches red wine in body and complexity. This is the rare rosé that's capable of aging.
