($20) Medium ruby. Cherry, raspberry liqueur and coffee on the nose. Fresh, moderately fleshy syrah with juicy flavors of raspberry and cedary oak. Not at all an overly sweet style of wine, but the tannins are ripe and smooth, and there's very good lingering berry flavor.
