92 Points | International Wine Cellar , November/December 2004

($60; 48% each cabernet franc and merlot, plus 4% petit verdot) Red fruit aromas of cherry, raspberry and redcurrant, complicated by nutty oak; today the merlot dominates the nose. Then lush, soft and superripe, but with nicely delineated flavors of crystallized red berries. A big, warm, rich wine that finishes with ripe tooth- and gum-coating tannins and excellent length.
