($45) Light gold. Rich and smoky, with exotic aromas of cling peach, apricot, tangerine and cinnamon. Thick and viscous in the mouth, the dominant exotic fruit flavors complicated by suggestions of buttered toast and fennel. The long finish is oily but shows good flavor definition.
