Tea leaf, candied orange peel, canned peach, almond and bay leaf on the nose Suave and soft in texture, with flavors of tea leaf, dried apricot and orange marmalade. The long finish features a considerable tannic bite. This spent seven months in beeswax-lined terracotta amphoras, then three years in large oak casks. (Vias Imports, New York, NY)
