90 Points | Stephen Tanzer's IWC - March/April 2008
($120) Light golden-amber color with reddish highlights. Atypical aromas for ribolla of hay, toasted hazelnut, prune and apricots macerated in alcohol. Fairly creamy in mouth feel, showing a slightly oxidized aspect to its dried apricot and herbal flavors. The long contact between the juice and the skins is responsible for the wine's chewy texture and excellent persistence.
