This was harvested in the third week of October, with the foliage still green, by which time the site had already been picked over on three previous occasions, including a green harvest. White peach and apricot aromas. Lovely palate melange of pit fruits, butter cream and nut oils; rich but delicate in weight and structure. Juicy, elegant and refined, with a gorgeous sweet finish of concentrated pit fruit essences and nut paste. 2 stars.
