($47-$50) Good full red. Roasted fruits, leather and a whiff of game on the nose. Fat and powerful, with impressive material and volume for this Margaux. Seems rather heavily extracted, but the wine's sweetness is impressive. The young 2005 is finer, though.

I had the 2004 vintage. This was my first Margaux purchase. Very smooth, medium bodied red wine. Very well balanced. Good with food and sipping as well.
nicely done

it's funny to read the professioanl reviews of this wine...very different.
Giscours, in good years, always is a pleasure. Medium body, excellent bouquet (wine perfume), and a nice finish. My first 03 Giscours and there are 11 others to follow. We'll see how this one evolves.
RP is a bit high on this one...ST a bit low...WS is about right. Fair value for this wine.
