($55) Full ruby-red. Brooding aromas of cassis and menthol, with a whiff of sweet butter. Dense and chewy on the palate, with spicy flavors of currant, bitter chocolate and espresso. Less fruity than the Firebelle, but more serious-and more cabernet.
