64% Cabernet Sauvignon; 16% Cabernet Franc; 14% Merlot; 4% Malbec; 2% Petit Verdot. There are more similarities in the brace from Conn Creek than differences, but the greater polish and richness shown here and the slight elevation in complexity all make this one the more exciting of the two. The ripe black cherry top notes and creamy oak are joined here by shadings of berries and roasted vanilla, and this wine, while solidly structured, is the smoother of the two.

Had this exquisite wine at High Finance restaurant, at Sandia Peak. The Anthology more than held it's own with a spectacular view of Albuquerque and the Rio Grande Valley. A delight to the nose, with a complex blend of ripe red berries and over the top red liquorice. The mid palate that was silky smooth and balanced, and then a lasting finish. A wow with my six dinner companions (and a great buy at $60, considering it's $45 retail in my home state!)

Enjoyed at Fleming's in Richmond. Great wine that paired well with the steaks - nice choice Dave
