($75; from 65-year-old vines) Deep red. Exotic potpourri and head shop aromas complement bright bitter cherry and redcurrant. Chewy and dense on the palate, the vanilla, clove and patchouli notes building with air. This is an extremely young and tightly wound but rich and promising cabernet that will reward another five years of aging.
