Move Over, Sauternes!

This is truly one of the best sweet wines I've ever had the pleasure to drink! Light golden color, with a little tinge of green. Big, bursting aromas of honeysuckle, wildflowers, peaches and botrytis. On the palate, peaches and honey, but a huge amount of apricot. The texture is thick, and somewhat creamy, but there is just the perfect amount of acidity to keep it from being sticky. Endless finish of 60+ seconds. Beautiful wine!
