Winemaker Eileen Crane, handpicked by Claude Taittinger for her position at Carneros, specializes in sparkling wines, and has managed the Domaine's organically farmed vineyard from the start.

(58% pinot noir and 42% chardonnay): Pale orange-pink. Redcurrant and strawberry on the fragrant nose. Dry but fleshy, with good breadth to its juicy red fruit and blood orange flavors. Finishes with good energy and cling, leaving a touch of bitter citrus pith behind.
