($285) Medium red, more saturated than the Cerequio. More aromatic on the nose, offering dried flowers, tobacco and brown spices. Less fleshy but more fresh, with brown spice and minty elements giving lift to the middle palate. Juicier than the Cerequio but also appears to possess more stuffing to support its tannins. More calcaire energy here.
