($73; all from vintage 2000) Precise, complex aromas of lemon, stone and toast. Rich and mellow yet light on its feet, with racy citrus and mineral flavors complemented by toffee and toast nuances. Very fresh, ripe, midweight blanc de blancs with impressive extract. Building finish hints at toast and nuts.
