Heard about this wine on a local radio show. Bought a bottle, drank it. Bought another bottle, drank it! Bought a wine cooler, bought a case of this wine! Nice refreshing red wine even on the hottest of Arizona nights!

First and always Camenere! I stumbled on to the varietal and could not believe it. Very intense and robust, with a long finish! Not for the faint of heart. Those looking for something beyond the tried and true.
You Made Me Love Carmenere

This wine is, to me, the quintessential Carmenere. This wine made me fall in love with Carmenere, and you never forget your first love. Berries, chocolate, rich purpley color, nice substantial body, pleasant medium length finish. It's got it all. My absolute favorite $10 wine.

I tried this wine again and had a very different reaction. This time it had good flavor and some depth. Either my last bottle was off or I served it a bit too soon after taking it out of the wine cooler.

Definately a bargain for the price

The resurgence of this grape is wonderful. Slightly less body than a cab with all the nose and flavor of a "big red". I have bought many cases. Drinks like an $18 to $25 bottle. Chile continues to impress me. This a great bottle to bring to a party to introduce people to red wine.
Good full red

I tried a bottle of this and bought a case. It is a very good value full red for everyday drinking.

This wine has been a staple in my rotation for years. Unfortunately the 2009 just isn't up to par. Hopefully the next vintage will be better.

Nice Niche' Wine

This 2006 former Bordeaux blender grape of the Cabernet Sauvignon family lacks the depth, breadth or complexity of an apertif. With a taste profile similar to Cab Franc or Merlot, serve it with Gorgonzola, pear and walnut salad; Glazed Ham dishes; and rich chessy casseroles. A nice "once in a while" wine.
