88 Points | Stephen Tanzer's IWC - December 2008

Medium red. A complex bouquet shows dried red berry, cherry and olive qualities, with a strong overlay of garrigue Quite fresh in the mouth, with spicy raspberry and redcurrant flavors and mounting tannins. Turns warmer with air, picking up fruitcake and candied floral character. This is drinking well now but the warmth is starting to gain strength. I gave this wine 89 points on release and may have been a touch generous. Drink this soon.
