In their Rheingau vineyards, too, the Josts achieved the highest must weights in estate history in 2003. Peach and cherry preserve aromas with subtle notes of caramelization. Thick and creamy in the mouth but not without lift, salty minerality and juicily fresh fruit elements. Pure and rich, with caramelized peach and cherry liqueur finishing flavors. Potential 2 stars.
