Expert Reviews

87-90 Points | International Wine Cellar , May/June 2005

(a 50/50 blend of cabernet and merlot) Bright ruby-red. Black fruits, licorice and flowers on the nose; seems quite cabernet in character. Then supple and juicy, with dark berry flavors complicated by musky dark chocolate. Finishes with supple tannins and lovely lingering flavor. This has become a topnotch second wine in recent years.
