89 Points | International Wine Cellar , January/February 2008

($27) Bright ruby-red. Superripe aromas of blackberry, licorice and bitter chocolate, complemented by sexy oak spices. Highly concentrated flavors of dark berries, bitter chocolate and spices show surprising cut and verve. Finishes with substantial broad, fine-grained tannins. (Another bottle of this wine seemed considerably more gamey and less lively.)
