($40) Elegant flavors and aromas of chocolate, coffee and tobacco. Smooth and pure in the mouth, with very good depth of fruit and solid length. An interesting cabernet-based wine (the name is a Sicilian form of Bordeaux) that is very well made but at present still somewhat closed and monolithic. (Vias Imports, New York, NY)
