($45) Medium gold. Truffley, honeyed scents of butterscotch, lemon gelato and baking spices. Rich and full-bodied; quite different in style from the Quartz. The flavors are full, round and smoky, suggesting ripe apple, pear and even mango. Finishes fat and pliant. This is for drinking now.
