A very good red, but a little more than we'd spend for everyday wine. Good with steaks.

Maybe this is not a huge wine, but a wine of excellent taste and perfect balence. A great example of this grape and region.

The 2003 was good after it opened up. It was full bodied with hints of leather and charred oak. It drinks much better than Bordeaux at the same price point.

Tasted a bottle of 01. I would not consider this a "big, full bodied wine" like it say's in the description above. This is a medium bodied wine with fair tannins. Lot's of wood on the pallet. A nice wine but a bit on the pricey side for what it is IMHO. Again I would of rated it 4 stars but keeping price in mind I had to go 3.

Full bodied. Diane didn't like it. Mike thought it was okay, but not worth the price.
