Awesome vineyard paired with good winemaking = excellence.

Had the Carpenter Vineyard around Christmas time at Wolfgang's Steakhouse in Manhattan. It's a must try, especially for a Cab lover. I went out and bought 4 bottles soon after, and they're aging in my wine cellar as we speak. It's tough to be patient and resist the urge to open them now.
