Excellent Cabernet...without the hype

I don't often drink Cabs in this price range, but I had a bottle of the 2004 recently and was very impressed. The balance was just right between tannins and fruit. I love wines that can hang with those that are much more expensive...

This is a gorgeous wine. Tight, dense, garnet red, not much of a nose but really opens up in the mouth. Blackberry, tobacco, lingering finish. Bought as an employee recommendation, and keep buying.
