The 04 needs more time in the bottle no doubt, but with a little time in the decanter it begind to open up more flavor and complexity then ever imagined in a forty dollar shiraz.

This is the best Shiraz I have to date. It is a full throttle, over the top Shiraz with loads of fruit, oak and casis. I love wines where you open the bottle and immediately others at the table comment on the wonderful aroma. That's how strong the aroma of this wine is. It sets the plate for what is to come.
